How long will it take to process and receive the items I've ordered?

How are my products being shipped?
We use UPS to ship our products in the USA.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping in the United States is $15 USD for orders under $100. Please note items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii require a $20 USD minimum for orders, and do not qualify for Free Shipping. All orders in the continental USA over $100 qualify for Free Shipping.
How do I get FREE shipping?
Take advantage of our FREE SHIPPING policy for orders $100 and over for the continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for Free Shipping).
Which countries do you ship to?
Presently we only ship to the United States, except Puerto Rico. For all Canada orders please visit our rack-a-tiers.ca website.
Do you ship items to P.O. Boxes?
No, we don’t currently ship to P.O. Boxes.
How do I change or cancel my order?

How do I return, or exchange items recently purchased?
Send an email to [email protected] for inquiries about Returns or Exchanges for items recently purchased within the last 30 days.
What if the product broke? What is your warranty policy?
You’ll be happy to know that all our products come with 1 year of warranty. Contact our friendly customer service team for more information or to make a claim. Please note the warranty can only be claimed for items that are defective and broken. Items that experience wear and tear due to typical usage cannot be claimed. Please include an image of the defective item to speed up the processing time. Please note the warranty can only be claimed for items that are defective and broken. How do I find information about my order?
A summary and receipt of your order will be automatically emailed to you once you’ve completed the checkout process. You can also check the status of your order by logging in here with your email and password you created at checkout.
